Individual Therapy

If you're not happy with where your life has taken you, or your current situation seems to be an inescapable up-hill struggle, Individual Therapy may be a solution to alleviating some of the pressure and anxiety you are feeling.

Early signs that show you may benefit from individual therapy are:

  • sadness, negativity or depression
  • low self-esteem
  • anxiety, fears, or obsession
  • drug or alcohol addiction
  • eating disorders
  • dissatisfaction in relationships
  • no one hears you

Working with a therapist in a positive, optimistic environment to establish realistic goals and boundaries that you can accept and live with will help you reassert your own individuality and empower you to take control of your life; assist you in evaluating why you may be struggling in a relationship; or clarify why your career choices always seem to lead you to the same dead end, and what you can do to change it.

Throughout the treatment process, client needs, goals and progress are continually re-assessed. As there is no "one size fits all" solution in this field, we remain flexible in our approach to treatment so that we may best help the client succeed in meeting his or her own individual objectives.
