RICHARD ROSS, MSW, LSW, LMSW

Richard, a psychotherapist, is also a keynote and motivational speaker, and an executive mentor/coach who hosts senior level workshops and leadership retreats.
Richard has held Chief-C Level leadership positions with private, public, and not for profit, technology and service organizations in a career that has spanned thirty-years in corporations, including Exxon Corp, Philips NV, and DRS Technologies. His positions ranged from Sales/Business Development to President/CEO, where he stewarded organizations through mergers, acquisitions, integrations, cultural transformations, and joint ventures, both domestically and internationally.
Richard sees his recently formed association with RosenRoss Counseling, Therapy & Mediation Center, LLC, as a natural evolution of the mission of The Renaissance Center, which he founded in 1998, an idea born in his early days in Corporate America. The Renaissance Center's mission is to deliver extraordinary human performance results to individuals, teams, and organizations, through coaching and mentoring related services. As a staff therapist at RosenRoss, Richard has expanded his work into the family life arena by bringing his clinical skills to individuals, couples and families, helping them to bring positive changes into their lives.
Concurrently, Richard is the Executive Director/CEO of Jewish Family Service of Rockland County (NY), a center promoting and providing mental wellness through individual, couples and family based therapeutic counseling. Additionally, he serves on committees and corporate advisory boards in support of our National Defense and Homeland Security.
Richard:
- has a BA in business and marketing behavior from Pace University, New York
- has been conferred a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Results Coaching Systems in Australia
- has a Masters of Social Work degree from Fordham University
- has a post graduate certification in Family Systems
- is a New Jersey and New York Licensed Social Worker
- is an active member of NASW
